Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your subscription plan.

StratXC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
